At the very beginning and at the end, the subjects will measure abdominal fat and glucose tolerance test. Glucose tolerance test refers to the body’s ability to regulate blood glucose concentration.

As a result, the study found that women who consume avocado every day have significantly reduced visceral fat, and the ratio of visceral fat to subcutaneous fat is reduced.

However, this method has not changed much for men, and there is no change in the distribution of male fat. The results of this study are also published in the international journal “Journal of Nutrition”.
