Simple recipe for borscht:

Ingredients :

Beef Ribs500g
Carrot150g
Potato300g
Tomato300g
Onion300g
Cabbage100g
Tomato paste3 tablespoons
Bay leaf3pcs
Peppercorns10 to 15 capsules
Sliced ​​ginger10g

Step 1

Cut the onions, potatoes, carrots.

Step 2

Remove the blood from the beef, use the beef under cold water. After the water is boiled, the blood of the beef can be forced out. Boil the beef for at least 5 minutes after the water is boiled.
