On the street you can see everyone is filled with sincere and kind smiles. Such a scene is a kind of happiness.
The Finnish welfare system
The Finnish welfare system is very comprehensive compared with other countries. Finland’s social welfare system is one of the most advanced in the world, and it guarantees a decent life for all Finns.
Finland’s ubiquitous social welfare reflects the traditional Nordic thinking: the value of government existence is to take good care of “every” people. Too good social welfare will undermine the country’s competitiveness. This dilemma of fish or bear’s paw is not in the logic of the Finns.
Finland’s corporate competitiveness is second only to the United States and Germany, ranking third. Among the Nordic countries, Finland has experienced the most productivity growth in the past decade. Finland is a very suitable country for entrepreneurship. They have various subsidy mechanisms for entrepreneurs.
Work salary guarantee
The government stipulates that employees in all industries only need to work 160 hours a month. If they work more than the above hours, the employer must pay the employees 50% more wages. If an employee is required to go to work on Saturdays and Sundays, the employer has to give a double job; if it is a holiday, the employee can get three times the salary.
All are equal
People here will never discriminate against your occupation. Even though Finland is not a city that welcomes foreigners to settle down, it is an indisputable fact that everyone is equal.
Lowest level of crime
One of the three countries with the lowest overall crime level in the world. If you unfortunately become a victim there, don’t be afraid, there will be the most reliable police to help you.
● In Finland, almost all the people like to drink, and they can talk about anything when they get hot wine. Perhaps this is also one of the reasons for happiness.
