With the summers heat the upper body is very breathable and the design and height of the sole keeps you feet out of puddles should you encounter sudden rain. While it is possible to use these as "Trainer" or "Running" shoes the looser fit and sock like upper does not lend to a tight and secure fit needed for real running. A pleasing design and lightweight breathable fashion shoe.
