I’ve been taking this product for a couple of weeks now and my hair seem to be strengthening already. My hair is very long, so I can’t tell if it’s growing faster, but it does seem thicker and doesn’t tangle as easily. For reference, my hair is long (down to the small of my back) and I have a lot of it, but it’s baby fine. So although I don’t necessarily need for it to grow faster, I would like to strengthen it so it doesn’t break as easily.
